Automated sanding equipment
Through settings made with a numerical control touchscreen, sanding of the front, back and sides of the wood can be done at the same time. Also, mass production is possible with the automated conveyor belt, and product surfaces of various thicknesses can be realized.
Continuous automated coating system
Mass production is possible and work can be done quickly through coating equipment that uses a multi-level conveyor line producing a special, high quality hardened coating on the product surface. The coating also quickly dries through the use of high voltage UV lamps.
High frequency curved shape heat accumulator
